Our third party inspection service provides an independent evaluation of products and production processes.
We help buyers receive accurate quality information before shipment and ensure products meet required specifications.
A third party inspection is carried out by an impartial company with no stake in the transaction between you and your supplier — unlike an in-house factory check, the findings are not influenced by the factory's own interest in passing the shipment. This independence is exactly why most experienced international buyers make it a standard part of every order, not an optional extra: it gives you an objective, evidence-based view of what is actually being shipped, backed by dated photos and a documented report you can reference if a dispute ever comes up.
We offer Final Random Inspection, During Production Inspection (DUPRO) and Pre-Shipment Inspection, so you can bring in independent verification at whichever stage of your production timeline gives you the most confidence before goods leave the factory.
Independent quality checks at every stage of production, so problems get caught before they become expensive.
Before large-scale cutting and sewing begins, we check the fabric and raw materials the factory plans to use — colour, GSM, shrinkage, and any visible fabric faults. We also confirm the trims on hand (buttons, zippers, labels) match your approved specification. Catching a fabric problem now, before it is cut into thousands of garment pieces, saves both time and money later in the order.
While your order is being sewn, our inspector visits the line and checks a sample of garments as they come off it — not after the whole batch is already finished. This catches stitching or fit problems early, while there is still time to fix a machine setting or retrain a line, instead of finding the same defect repeated across thousands of finished pieces.
Once your order is fully packed, we pull a random sample — the sample size and accept/reject numbers follow the AQL table below — and check it against your approved specification. Because the sample is selected randomly, not handed to us by the factory, the result reflects the real quality of the full shipment, not just the best-looking pieces.
This is the last check before your order leaves the factory, usually carried out when production is 80–100% complete. We verify quantity, specification, workmanship and packing all together, one final time, so you know exactly what is being shipped before it leaves Bangladesh — not after it arrives at your warehouse.
We measure garments against your approved size chart across the sizes in the order, and check stitching quality, seam strength and finishing closely — the kind of detail that usually only gets noticed after a customer complaint. Measurement and workmanship problems are two of the most common reasons a shipment gets rejected, which is why both are checked as standard on every inspection.
A broken sewing needle left inside a garment is a real safety risk, especially for children's wear. We run garments through a metal detector before packing to catch this — a simple step that protects your customers and your brand's reputation.
We check how garments are folded and poly-bagged, and how cartons are packed — carton weight, dimensions, and shipping marks against your packing list. Wrong carton labeling or overweight cartons can cause real delays and extra charges at the buyer's port, so this is checked before the shipment leaves the factory, not after.
